HOUSE RULES

  • Check-In & Check-Out:
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm with Management to greet Guests. Welcome! Should your flight arrive early, kindly confirm with Management if an early check-in is available.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am with Management on hand to bid Farewell. Thanks for staying with us and have a safe trip home! Please confirm with Management if a late check-out is available.
  • Renter Age: Minimum 25 years old. No children under the age of 3, and proper supervision must be followed.
  • Identification: Management reserves the right to request Government-issued photo identification, full names, and ages, of Renter and all Guests for security and safety.
  • Number of Guests: Maximum 8 persons on property day or night. Must be as stated on Booking/Rental. Please discuss and confirm any changes to original group with Management prior to arrival.
  • Entry Codes: Property codes on gates and doors are for Renter and Guests’ knowledge only. Do not give out.
  • No Parties, Events, Functions or Noise: Coral View property is in a very quiet, private, residential neighborhood with HOA rules and regulations. Quite time is 11:00 pm. Kindly keep the noise down and no loud music after 11:00 pm. Thank you!
  • No Smoking or Vaping: Please do not smoke anywhere on the property. Should you smoke or vape in the home, there will be a $350 cleaning charge per room fee charged. A/C units can retain smoke odors and are expensive to sanitize.
  • No Pets of Any Kind: Anywhere on the property.
  • Pool: No glass or bottles in or near the pool area. Please use acrylic wine and beverage glasses. Should you break glass in the pool it will have to be drained and refilled at your expense. There is no Lifeguard – swim at your own risk. No diving in the pool. All children must be properly supervised in the pool, in the pool deck area, at the firepits and along the retaining walls.
  • Beach: Please check side gates are closed when not being used. There are 4 beach chaises and 2 umbrellas set up with Coral View logo. Please do not remove them from our area. Be sure to lower umbrellas upon leaving the beach and when not in use. Wind gusts will damage open umbrellas. If you take beach towels and supplies to the beach, please return them to the home. *Note that there is a $50 charge per missing beach towel or floating air chair. Kindly rinse beach sand off feet and beach supplies prior to entering the pool area or home.
  • Indoor Furniture: Please, no wet/damp bathing suits, towels, or clothes on indoor furniture.
  • A/C & Water: Kindly turn A/C off when sliding glass doors or louvers on windows are opened, also when leaving bedrooms for the day. Turn off lights, fans, and TVs when not in use. Please be conscious of electricity and of water usage as well. We have limited fresh water on Island, and electricity is costly.
  • Electric Usage Charge: Please note that electricity is metered and recorded at arrival and departure by Management. Renter receives a $50US/night credit on electricity consumption, however, Renter is responsible to pay the current rate for any overage above said electric credit and billed at check-out.
  • Septic System: The home is on a septic tank sewage processing system. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper! Trying to flush items such as paper towels, baby or makeup wipes, feminine hygiene products, Q-tips, etc., will jam the system causing an unpleasant backup in the house. You will be charged to have the system pumped and repaired if violations occur.
  • Electronic Safes: The personal safes on the property are there for your convenience. Instructions on their use are included in the Welcome to Coral View booklet. We will not be responsible for any losses in connection with their use. Please do not allow children to play with the safes.
  • Management/Owner Privacy: Coral View property is privately owned; therefore, the garage and any locked doors are the owner’s personal effects. Please respect our privacy. Thanks again!
  • Cancellation: In the event Renter cancels sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of said Term of Rental, the deposited amount is fully refundable. If Renter cancels more than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of Term of Rental fifty percent (50%) of deposited amount is refundable. No refund for less than thirty (30) day cancellation. Renter is encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations which would protect Renter from numerous unexpected events, (such as but not limited to unpredictable weather, medical or family emergency), thereby limiting forfeiture of any portion of Rental Fees.
  • Security Deposit: Renter will be responsible for any damage to the Property caused by you or your Guests during your stay. A Security Deposit will be charged Renter or Security Insurance purchased by Renter. Within fourteen days (14) of departure, the Property will be inspected and once verified there are no damages or loss of items, the Security Deposit will be released to the Renter. No refund for Security Insurance cost.
